I have been a reader for over 35 years and I must say the mag has been a great source of information to me from a learning perspective a kid to a general info source today.I especially have great respect for Nick Harvey.I do ,however wish to say that on occasions Nick has done 180 degree backfplips on his advice in his Q@A column.For example,in last months issue a person asked him for advise about which 6.5 cal he should rebarrell to,as he wanted a gun for "pigs and Goats".Nick's reply was that he found both the 260rem and the 6.5x55 swed" underpowered" and went ahead to recommend the 6.5/284,which is really a bit of a rarity out here.But even if it wasn't,I can find reams of script where nick praises the virtues of the swedish round,especially for this country.As for the 260rem it is virtually identical to the swedish in power,but can be had in a short action.I know Nick has probably answered a million questions in his time,but I have found his advice does contradict itself sometimes.

a distinct lack of information of relevence to the hunter.Would jike to see more product reviews, with more actually experienced detail, use it then review it.Please i am heartely sick to death of hunting stories by guiding organisations, talk about self promotion.Especially about n.t., and the cape.What about more diversity.I have been reading sporting shooter since it began, so guess i got some idea.

best magazin for hunters in australia.I newer misst one 4 last 6 years& learn alott from Nick Harwey,I see him only once on shooting show,hi is true gentleman & teacher ower teachers in ewery maneer.Thankyou

This is certainly a magazine worthy of representing all dedicated, true hunters Australia-wide. It provides excellent information and entertainment with beautiful photography and layout. What's more, its close relationship with the state and federal Shooting Parties means it helps to support our sport in the political arena. Keep up the good work and thank you very much!

I hvae been a very long time reader of this great magazine and will be for a long time to come. I would love to see more articles about the more exotic and less known about calibres and guns such as the 6.5 x 68s and so on .keep up the great work.

the only thing that could make this mag better would be it coming out weekly. also wouldn't mind reading about some overseas game more often such as african planes game and north american/canadian/alaskan trophy hunting.

I would like to see more wildcat cartridge reviews eg the great 250 savage AI it can shoot a 100gr bullit in excess of 3300fps easily!, would be one of the all time great
