The heroic police officer, who faced down the Bondi Westfield stabber, has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. Scott was awarded the NSW Police Commissioner Valour Medal after she confronted Joel Cauchi during his stabbing rampage at the Westfield shopping centre in Bondi Junction in April 2024.
