Some amazing things are happening in Perth. We had a Royal visit where three of our colleagues at Menu were involved, I have seen amazing generosity displayed by The Largess Dining group and a heap of new places have opened up around town.

In this issue we look at ways we can continue to improve the hospitality sector by investigating Waiting as a career. The long debate over the best coffee goes under the microscope as we see what the real difference is between locally roasted coffee and imported coffee. We went on a pub-crawl to see how much beer we can consume before we cannot legally drive. We take you on a journey of crazy foods that you would not normally see yet alone try. Nic investigates the coupon phenomenon and the impact it has had on venues. Lauren takes us on a journey through the Tour De France to see some places to eat and we get up close and personal with Manu.
