What an exciting time it is for us at Menu Magazine. Believe it or not but in late 2005 we started setting up our little office and preparing the first issue of Menu Magazine, which was published mid-2006. So much has happened since this time, and looking at the current issue, I am proud to see that there are so many other businesses still with us today. Not happy to see how I have aged however, after looking back at old pictures. Expect the unexpected for the 10 year anniversary issue due out at the end of this year…

This issue we thought it would be interesting to see what has happened to hospitality in WA over the past 10 years. What areas are booming and what ones are not?

We met up with Adriano Zumbo to talk about his new book, food and his career.

Jeremy looks at a trend we think is going to take off - beer mixers.

So where do our local grape vines come from? Georgina tells us.

Harry Ferrante launches his first book and writes about what Italians like, and the origins of tipping.
