After a freezing cold and wet winter it’s good to be back into the warmer months.

Welcome to the second summer issue of Menu Magazine.

We had heard on the street that the number of local coffee roasters had exploded so we have taken a look at who’s out there and when they started.

Following our diet issue, Georgina thought it would be a good idea to write about medical diets and what type of food would best serve you if you had cancer for example.

Jeremy delves into Lager beer and beer terminology so you can talk the lingo with your friends. I have also done a rundown on the Perth Royal Beer Awards.

Speaking of awards… Western Australians can hold their heads high. WA producers scored very well all round at the Perth Royal Food Awards and Georgina has had a closer look at the dairy category.

Carmen takes her camper down south and finds a few more food trails to explore.

Carmello visits Rottnest Island to discover what foods are on offer there.

I had the pleasure of talking to Guy Grossi about his life in food and hospitality.
