In issue 5 of Menu Magazine we explain what’s going on with the Fair Trade and Organic certifications, and explore what the differences are between brasseries, bistros and burger vans. We did some research into how music affects the way we eat and came up with some pretty radical stuff - I’ll never listen to café music the same way again!
