FUTURISTIC VISION
We find ourselves on the Gold Coast of Long Island, New York, a mere 40 minutes from Manhattan. It is here where you can find the sprawling estates of some of America’s most influential dynasties, from the Vanderbilts and Guggenheims to the Morgans – the very enclave that inspired F Scott Fitzgerald to pen The Great Gatsby.
In this storied region, villas and mansions nestle within landscapes that showcase the raw power of nature, with estates where one can still imagine the clatter of horse-drawn carriages and old stables, symbols of elite life during the Gilded Age and the dawn of the 20th century.
It is against this backdrop that the story unfolds of Monique Delacroix, a descendant of nobility whose family ties are woven into the pivotal moments that…
THE INSIDE STORY
KATIE AND JOSHUA ARE CLOSE AS EVER
They were once two parts of a famous teen love triangle in Dawson’s Creek, and Katie Holmes and her former co-star Joshua Jackson still looked like the perfect couple as they reunited at a glittering fashion event in New York.
Wearing a Carolyn Bessette Kennedy-esque white shirt and sequinned skirt, Katie posed with Joshua at the screening of Brunello: The Gracious Visionary, a documentary about the designer Brunello Cucinelli.
The pair worked together on the film trilogy Happy Hours last year, with Katie saying: “Working with Josh after so many years is a testament to friendship.”

CENTRE STAGE
Rosamund Pike and Rachel Zegler were among the winners at the annual Olivier Awards as A-listers gathered at London’s Royal Albert Hall for the biggest night in theatre – and HELLO! was there to witness the spectacle.
Rosamund, who won the best actress trophy for her role in Inter Alia at the National Theatre, put her head in her hands as her victory was announced. She went on to pay tribute to her fellow nominees, including Cate Blanchett, in her acceptance speech.
Meanwhile, Rachel, who captivated audiences with her performance in Evita last summer, gave a rendition of the show’s ballad Don’t Cry for Me Argentina before accepting her prize for best actress in a musical. She stopped briefly to squeeze the hand of Tom Hiddleston, who missed out on…
WHAT I LEARNT ON THE WARD
The Pitt is the award-winning medical drama that has taken the US by storm since its release last year, introducing audiences to Dr Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, played by Noah Wyle, and his resource-strapped emergency department in a hospital in Pittsburgh.
With the series now arriving in the UK, HELLO! speaks to the British actress Tracy Ifeachor, whose character, Dr Heather Collins, is at the very heart of the first series.
It could have been familiar territory for the Plymouth-born actress, whose first TV role was in the medical drama Casualty. But, she tells us, being a part of The Pitt enabled her to learn “so many things” about herself – and she explains how, as a woman, it was important to “not to be too hard” on herself.
“As women,…
A DATE WITH ROYALTY
As befits a thoroughbred Englishman, Cassius Taylor is at his most expressive when asked about his dog. It is not until the end of our conversation that I bring up Maggie, his family’s Cairn terrier-Jack Russell cross, whose portrait sits prominently among the dozens of family photos in Cassius’s parents’ sitting room. What is she like?
“Oh wow – that’s the hardest question you’ve asked me,” Cassius says, looking at the photograph tucked below a window that affords views of the central London skyline. It shares the space with images of Cassius’s grandfather the Duke of Kent, his mother, Lady Helen Taylor, and his three siblings in what is evidently a close-knit family.
“She’s got us all through…” he says, pausing to work out how best to describe Maggie, who…

VICTORIA DE MARICHALAR Y BORBÓN
AGE: 25
COUNTRY: SPAIN
LINE OF SUCCESSION: 5
In a photoshoot with ¡HOLA!, Victoria posed with a falcon, held a trio of puppies and wore a floral catsuit while standing on the back of a horse. If this was insufficient evidence of her chutzpah, last year she appeared on the reality TV show El Dasafio (The Challenge). Her ordeals included lying in a glass box as it filled with water, gasping for air as she struggled to block a series of taps. She succeeded.
The bull-fighting enthusiast dreams of marrying and having children but is currently only four months into a relationship with a Spanish basketball-playing nightclub owner. Asked if she had an ideal man in mind, she replied: “Honestly, no. The most important thing…
A TALE OF TRUE LOVE
Fifteen years since their fairytale wedding, the Prince and Princess of Wales’s relationship is rock-solid. With three healthy, happy children, and having successfully navigated the past decade and a half in the spotlight, William and Kate are stronger together than ever.
But in just a few short months, their family dynamic will change as they wave Prince George off to boarding school, marking a new chapter in their love story and no doubt a shift in their relationship too.
Their eldest son is on the cusp of becoming a teenager and embracing the independence that brings. When he begins his secondary education in September, this new phase may well give the couple the first inkling of what an empty nest might feel like in years to come.
“George going to…
HER LEGACY LIVES ON
As the royal family mark what would have been Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday this week, the nation will be reflecting on the extraordinary life of its longest-reigning monarch.
The King will lead the tributes to his late mother on 21 April as the family attend a series of events to mark her centenary. These will include a reception in the Marble Hall at Buckingham Palace, where the King and Queen and other royals will welcome representatives of the late monarch’s charity patronages.
They will also share birthday cake with guests turning 100 themselves, who will, of course, have received a special greeting in the post from Charles.
This week, the King and Queen will visit the Royal Collection Trust’s new exhibition, Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style, at…
THE QUEEN’S JOLLY SIDE
In the last part of her life, Queen Elizabeth II was determined to keep riding her beloved horses for as long as she possibly could. Special measures needed to be taken to ensure that she could carry on with this precious hobby, from extra steps to help her mount a horse to being physically carried.
According to the royal expert and broadcaster Gyles Brandreth, the late monarch’s stud groom Terry Pendry – who so memorably brought the Queen’s fell pony Emma to the grounds of Windsor Castle for the monarch’s funeral procession in 2022 – took it upon himself to help her in any way he could.
“Bless him, Terry would go out for these rides with her,” Gyles told hello!’s Emily Nash and Andrea Caamaño during a recording of…

Máxima and her husband, King Willem-Alexander, joined President Donald Trump for a reception, and spent the night at the White House.
