Hello and welcome to the 23rd installment of Menu Magazine.

We have listened to you, our readers and this will be our first official summer issue coming out in October before our winter issue comes out in April. It is exciting and a refreshing change of scenery after coming out in January and July for the past 22 issues. We hope this is beneficial to everyone.

I have renewed my role as ambassador for Food Bank so please donate to this great cause when possible and try and buy local where you can. Speaking of local, have you heard about the new Buy West Eat Best restaurant campaign? It is a great initiative for the government to recognise restaurants that use at least 70% of local produce.

This issue we would like to welcome incoming Minister for Tourism for the first time Hon Paul Papalia. He is the 6th Minister to write our forward since we first started publishing over 12 years ago.
